This Call (Topic 2) is only for new applicants and inactive Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) notified by their Erasmus+ National Agency as selected for the full procedure.

If this is not the case, applicants should apply under Topic 1 (Light Procedure).

In order to be eligible, the applicant must:

• be a higher education institution (HEI) (public or private)
• be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e. Erasmus+ Programme Countries:

(a) EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs) and

(b) non-EU countries: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Erasmus+ Programme (associated countries) or countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature.
