The Connecting Europe Facility is a key EU funding instrument to promote growth, jobs and competitiveness through infrastructure investment at European level.

Studies related to the following actions will be supported:

• All actions should be relevant for civilian-defence dual-use;
• Actions regarding the upgrade of sections and components of the Core and Comprehensive Network;
• Actions concerning air transport infrastructure components.

The costs will be reimbursed at the funding rates fixed in the Grant Agreement (maximum 50% for the costs of studies and maximum 50% for all other costs categories (‘project funding rate’).
You can apply for a higher project funding rate if your project concerns a military mobility project with a Member State contribution within the meaning of Article 4(13) of the CEF Regulation (‘military mobility project with MS contribution’): maximum 85%.

  • third countries associated to the CEF (list [none])
