Summary

The objective of this call is to provide grants to support the delivery and development of educational content aimed at health care professionals (HCPs) for the implementation of personalised medicine (PM).

The scope of this call includes general and specialized training on PM and its application in clinical practice, interdisciplinary collaboration among HCPs, and effective communication between HCPs and patients. The courses will be designed and implemented in collaboration between selected consortia and EP PerMed.

The purpose of the Call is to fund high quality content that will feed into online modules/ courses, that will be collaboratively developed with the Digital Learning Team supporting EP PerMed. All modules/ courses will be hosted and disseminated through the EP PerMed website and the eLearning platform designated by EP PerMed.

Modules/courses will cater to training needs for HCPs in PM implementation (General Practitioners, Specialists, Nurses); may include case studies demonstrating successful implementation of PM strategies in primary healthcare and selected disease areas; activities to foster interdisciplinary collaboration between HCPs for PM solutions; activities to improve communications skills of HCPs to patients.
