The session is open to governmental authorities, governmental local and regional authorities, state organisations or companies, public organisations, civil society organisations, non-governmental and non-profit organisations, associations, academic and research institutions, whose work is relevant to the call\u2019s topics, and which are based in Cyprus and Greece.\r\n\r\nThe first part of the session includes an introductory presentation of the\u00a0EU Programme \u201cCitizens, Equality, Rights and Values\u201d (CERV<\/a>)<\/strong><\/em>, followed by a presentation of the call\u00a0\u201cRights of the child and children\u2019s participation (CERV-2025-CHILD)\u201d<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0which aims at supporting, advancing and implementing comprehensive policies to protect and promote the rights of the child, including the right to participate. The event will also feature a\u00a0brief presentation on the\u00a0Anna Lindh Foundation<\/a><\/em>, highlighting the opportunities it provides for fostering intercultural dialogue and collaboration across the Euro-Mediterranean region.\r\n\r\nIn the second part of the session,\u00a0Mrs Veroniki Krikoni, Project Coordinator<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Mrs Amerissa Giannouli, Youth Worker and Researcher<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0Inter Alia<\/strong><\/a>, will present the CERV-funded project\u00a0\u201cYEP \u2013 Youth Participatory Ecological Planning for Social Justice, Democracy, and Well-being (CERV-2024-CHILD)\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, a project which is related to topic of engaging children in democratic life.
