The results have been announced through the IRIS poral and are available\u00a0here.<\/u><\/strong><\/a>\r\n\r\nEach proposal was evaluated remotely by two (2) independent evaluators, as described in the RESTART 2016 \u2013 2020 Work Programme.\u00a0 The best ranked applications according to their Final Evaluation Score, starting with the highest scoring proposal and in descending order provided that they secure a Final Evaluation Score of at least 12.00\/15.00, qualify to the Second Stage of the Evaluation.\r\n\r\nIn the Second Stage of Evaluation, RIF will follow the evaluation method of the Independent Evaluation Committee. The Committee will consist of experts with a business background.
